Herman came to WordPress as a blogger on WordPress.com. A few years ago he started volunteering in the WordPress.com public support forums, discovered he enjoyed helping people with their WordPress sites. He is now a full time Happiness Engineer with Automattic, working on the public support team. He lives in South Africa where he spends his free time dabbling in writing, photography, learning to code, and puppetry.
Job Thomas
Job Thomas is a Belgian living in Cape Town with a passion for education, training and WordPress, trying to combine the three at Automattic. In his spare time he runs an e-zine called CULTURESHOCK, and enjoys movies, music, photography, reading, travelling, good food and (Belgian) beer.
